DIVA Consulting, part of the GINGA Group, receives a R$2.5 million investment and announces a new phase in its business

About the article

The foresight and future design consultancy combines strategy, culture, and regeneration, with international support from Ryan James Kemp, and aims to generate 25% of the Group’s revenue within three years.

DIVA, a company founded by GINGA’s partners, is entering a new phase. Previously operating as an agile digital and cultural transformation consultancy, it is now rebranding itself—with an investment of R$ 2.5 million—as a foresight and future design consultancy. Using its proprietary FutureKind® methodology for creating scenarios and possible futures, the firm focuses on developing brands that are more adaptable and better prepared to navigate the complexities of the present, making them more resilient and capable of thriving in the future. Through this approach, the firm helps brands and companies identify opportunities and potential, transforming strategic vision and regenerative intelligence into business value.

Over the next 12 months, the new business plans to support large organizations in immersive transformation journeys, strengthen international partnerships, and expand its global operations, using Brazil as a starting point. The consulting division projects that it will account for 25% of the GINGA Group’s revenue within three years, driven by high-value strategic projects with strong international demand.

“The new DIVA represents a commitment to long-term value for business, culture, and the environment. We aim to be a leader in organizational transformation, intentional value design, and regenerative practices, helping brands thrive in a sustainable, resilient, and culturally relevant way in the years to come.”

Since 2017, DIVA has been assisting major brands such as Burger King, Grupo SOMA, and Even with their digital transformation initiatives, generating significant strategic impact. Now, as it enters a new phase, the consulting firm will help companies move beyond a reactive approach and take the lead in shaping the future, preparing organizations to thrive in an increasingly connected and challenging landscape.

“We live in a time when companies need to rethink not only what they do, but why and how they do it. It is becoming increasingly clear that purpose and profit are not opposing forces, but parts of the same strategy. DIVA is reborn to put this vision into practice, combining the future, culture, and sustainability into business models that are more relevant, profitable, and have a real impact—not only for organizations but also for the planet.”

A new chapter with international reinforcements

As part of this new phase, DIVA has welcomed futurist Ryan James Kemp—a global TEDx speaker and expert in complex systems and regenerative design—as a partner. With extensive global experience, Ryan works alongside leaders and organizations to redesign strategies, cultures, and business models that are more sustainable and future-ready.

“Rather than simply optimizing what already exists, we need to rethink the purpose of the systems we create. DIVA helps companies anticipate technological, cultural, and behavioral changes by developing strategies that combine innovation, resilience, and positive impact.”

Unlike traditional consulting firms or design studios, DIVA operates at the intersection of strategy, culture, and environmental regeneration, offering close guidance and practical solutions that drive real transformation within companies and their ecosystems. “The brands of the future, which the consultancy helps design, will be kind to the future, profitable by design, purpose-driven, and resilient by nature,” says Del Priore.

Using the FutureKind methodology, DIVA conducts assessments of cultural coherence, organizational health, and socio-environmental impact, employing regenerative frameworks, foresight practices, and immersive strategic labs. “The consulting firm will serve as a long-term partner for organizations seeking to integrate regeneration, cultural significance, and strategic vision into their business models,” she emphasizes.
